I am so proud of all of you gentlemen for taking a stand and supporting the health of your brothers! Together you are strong. To steal a line from the great Lance Armstrong, “Live Strong!” and support the No More Campaign.

I am proud as well for the stand that our young men are taking to make a difference here on this campus which (we can hope) will also impact their circle of friends at home as well as the lives of future Hampden-Sydney men!

On April 25, 2012 students from the Hampden Sydney College and Longwood University communities presented the NO MORE Campaign to students at Prince Edward County High School and it was a huge success! I wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to you all for really touching my heart with such a positive message. NO MORE isn’t just for the youth. It can help us all feel young at heart by allowing us to release unhealthy thoughts and stand to make a decision to improve upon ourselves. Great job!
