Longwood University’s Professor Christopher Swanson will give a talk on Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas in Parents & Friends on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 4:30 PM in anticipation of our attending the performance of this opera’s music on 4 pm, Sunday afternoon, November 6, at the Methodist Church in Farmville. All students and faculty who are interested in attending the performance with us are invited to contact Dr. Arieti for information.
