Cover Photo: It is safe to say that 2020-21 was defined completely by the COVID-19 pandemic and all that Hampden-Sydney needed to do to conduct a year in person under precarious conditions. Above all, this year will be remembered for the masks that everyone needed to wear to protect themselves and those around them from disease. Luckily, a lot of people in the H-SC community decided to express themselves through their masks, and this collage of students, faculty, and staff is a reminder of the life and times at Hampden-Sydney during a global pandemic. Photographs by Michael Wolyniak, Harrison Whaley ’21, and Joseph Kelly ’22
