Others, like the Illustrated Pericles&#8217; Funeral Oration, offer a broader context to understand Pericles&#8217; ideas. The Illustrated Aeschylus&#8217; Oresteia accomplishes two things: it provides photographic notes to accompany the text and explains obscure references in the poetry, and it follows in Orestes&#8217; footsteps so we can see the shift in settings from play to play from Mycenae to Delphi to Athens &#8211; the Orestes&#8217; Trek.
